Do you like movies about superheroes? In some films, heroes travel to different worlds. These worlds are part of a ‘multiverse’. This means there are many universes, not just one. Some scientists think this is real. Long ago, our universe grew very fast. Scientists call this fast growth ‘inflation’. During this time, different ‘bubbles’ of space started to grow. Each bubble is a separate world. These worlds can have different rules. For example, gravity might be different there. Gravity is the power that pulls things down to the ground. We cannot see these other universes with our telescopes because they are too far away. However, many experts think they are there. It is fun to imagine another Earth.
